Mariani Skates was founded in 1997 by Davide Mariani, a former racing skater, and is based in Cantù, Lombardy, Italy. The company has historically specialised in individually moulded racing boots and custom manufacturing, and its boot range has included models such as Plasma, Dogma and Pixel.

Technical development

Mariani's development work has involved carbon-fibre and glass-fibre composite shells and heat-adjustable fitting systems, alongside racing-boot mounting and adjustment features.
