By accessing or using ODYTA, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

ODYTA is an independent information and statistics platform dedicated to speed skating. It aggregates, validates and links publicly available sporting information. ODYTA does not run competitions, registrations, payments, heat generation, penalties or operational race management.

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, but errors, omissions and outdated information may occur.

Users, athletes, clubs and other interested parties may request corrections or contact ODYTA through the Support page or at odyta.data@gmail.com.

ODYTA is independent of and not affiliated with official sports federations or competition organisers.

Nothing in this disclaimer affects your rights under data protection law, applicable copyright obligations or other mandatory legal responsibilities.

Sporting information on ODYTA is gathered from public and official sources and is provided for general information. ODYTA does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or current, and it does not invent data. Where official sources conflict, ODYTA may preserve and present the conflicting values neutrally.

The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

ODYTA respects the rights of the organisations and individuals that publish speed skating information. Content that originates from third-party sources remains attributed to those sources where shown, and links to originals are provided where available.

If you believe information is incorrect, missing or outdated, you can report it through the Support page or at odyta.data@gmail.com. Reports enter a private review queue and are reviewed by ODYTA; they are never applied automatically to published data.

You may create an account to claim an athlete, team or brand profile. Claims are reviewed and verified by ODYTA before any management access is granted, and they do not take effect automatically.

You must only submit a claim that you are genuinely entitled to make, and you must provide accurate information. ODYTA may reject or revoke claims that cannot be verified.

You must not use ODYTA for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent yourself or others, or to disrupt the platform or its users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to ODYTA's systems or data.

ODYTA's own interface, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party content — including news, photos, videos and official data — remains the property of its respective owners and is used and attributed in accordance with applicable rights.

ODYTA may link to or embed third-party content, including videos and maps. Such content is governed by the terms and policies of those providers, and ODYTA is not responsible for it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODYTA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on information it contains. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you reside.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
